For 6 seconds, the next time target foe uses a skill, that skill takes an additional 10-47 seconds to recharge.
Energy Cost 	10
Casting Time 	3 seconds
Recharge Time	10 seconds
Skill Type 	Hex Spell 
Linked Attribute 	Domination

You just catch signet for 10 mana and he cant use it for whole fight...
And it is much easier to use diversion on signet then it looks :-D
I got diversion for 44 sec

k i've farmed him and got his shield, easy but gets boring, i guess i'll have to find something else! :P

I got diversion for 44 sec

Even at 8 points into Domination, Diversion lasts for 35 seconds. Now... how you can spare more than 8 points for this skill and still be able to have your other attributes at an efficient level is beyound me. Ignorance works wonders for me.. very easy.

Either way, I already got 2 shields, so I'm good. Now I'm trying to figure out a way to farm Arborstone and Jade Sea. If anyone wants to do it with me, PM plz.

can this be done with a War/Mo? does it have to be a 55? the skills should be the same. Also what's the stats of the shield?

Most probably NOT. You need a 55. Also you need "ignorance", unless you have reflexes of a superman like kosh

The stats on a shield are great. so is the skin.

Dont worry about farming it. Just buy it from me for 100k +10 ecto, and save yourself the trouble. lol

hmm well i can do him as a nec/mo.. i use scourge healing from the monk line.. that counters the healing signet little by little.. still slow kill though

Yes, you can do it with a warrior, I have done it quite a few times and yes it is a pain cause of the constant sig. You eventually wear the sucker down though. Take Grenths Balance and let him wear you all the way down to like 50hp then hit Grenths Balance for 250hp dmg then hit disturbing chop. I haven't gotten a shield from this suck yet though =(. I've killed the 3 bosses in the area and don't get jack! Hum drops just hate me.

i guess you could use armor bufs for warrior and then second prof. ele and take rust with you, then use disrupting! but still i don't really see the profit here

im mo/w. i use same build i have axe enchant 20% blessed aura 25% and SoJ 19 seconds but im always to late to discrupt him have any tips?

well why do you have smite in 14? with 16 i got 21 sec and 53 dmg

19*47=893
21*53=1113

1113-893=220.

thats 220 dmg u missing. also if you look at the thread you will see that with Ignorance its alot easier. with 3 points in dom magic u get constant Ignorance on him. the mo/w it lot harder.
also i get DF 10 and i get 27% on blessed aura.

my att:
smite 16
healing 12
prot 10
df 10
axe 3 (for dmg on the fiery flame spitter-6-16 and allu need is 3 axe for req and thats all the att points you get left if you get 200/200.)
avg of 6-16 is is 11 ,so 11* lets say one soj for 53=583, about 1 hit per 2 sec=291.5(if you kill in time the Shadowsong in time not to get blind.

dmg add up. 220+ 291.5=511.3 ,prob less miss,evade etc,,but still u add up around 365.75 even if you do half of that dmg.

Thanks for the post, he finally dropped one for me after 15 tries or so -- not kidding. I had to go do some missions elsewhere cause he started to drop nothing or stolen provisions only.

Anyway, I did my attributes a little different and can succesfully kill him 95%+ of the time. Sometimes that front group doesn't release aggro which can make it hairy if you get interrupted at the wrong time.

Using the ignorance variation someone posted above -- PS, HB, SoJ, Ignorance, EB, Men, BA, BS.

Dom -- 7
HP -- 9
SP -- 15
PP -- 12
DF -- 9

With 7 in Dom Ignorance lasts 14 sec. At 15 energy cost I wanted to limit how often I had to cast. 9 in HP gives you the full 10 pips with Men+HB, which worked fine for me as the only degen is from the front mob group and they release by the time you get to the boss. Two rounds of SoJ does the trick unless he gets lucky and interrupts Ignorance. Just noticed that the OP puts 3 in axe for the ffs. Will have to try that.

Edit -- if you go with ignorance no axe mastery, so I won't be able to try that.

Anyway, since it took so long for him to drop one for me I got to tweak numerous times -- maybe it'll help someone else. Thanks again to those above for the idea/guide.

2nd Edit -- Went one more time before bed and he dropped it again, 2 times in a row. lol

I just tried to outdamage his heals with Scourge Healing and Spear of Light, works nicely (Blessed Signet isnt needed if you just want to kill the boss)

Btw, ten tries and still no shield
